How to Become a Recruitment Partner
We've streamlined our onboarding process to make it easy and efficient for organizations to start recruiting from LUMS.

Fill out our Recruitment Partner Registration Form, providing key details about your organization and hiring needs. This helps us understand how best to support you.

Our Employer Engagement Team will review your application and typically complete onboarding within 3-5 working days. During this time, we may reach out to clarify your recruitment requirements or schedule a briefing session.

Once onboarded, you gain access to the LUMS Connect Portal, where you can post job openings, internships, and other opportunities directly to our students and alumni. We also facilitate connections to relevant candidates and provide support throughout your recruitment campaigns.
